Fujian Yangzhu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Bamboo Industry Park of Yongchun County, plans to invest a total of approximately 3 billion yuan in its planned facilities, which will span a total area of 100,000 square meters and have an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of bamboo-fiber-based, fully biodegradable materials.
The company has long been dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of bamboo-fiber biodegradable materials and products. Guided by the national "Replace Plastic with Bamboo" policy and strategy, we aim to achieve the goal of substituting plastic products with bamboo-based alternatives. To this end, the company has established a world-class, cutting-edge R&D team that has successfully broken through key technological barriers in bamboo fiber materials, as well as developed state-of-the-art digital production equipment tailored to these innovations. Notably, the company has pioneered four globally leading technologies: bamboo-fiber ultra-nano-micropowder technology, intelligent laser dynamic grading technology, dynamic melt-processing technology, and a groundbreaking method for modifying bamboo fibers into fully biodegradable materials—marking significant advancements on the global stage.
The company is leveraging new technologies to transform and upgrade traditional industries, independently developing a range of fully biodegradable bamboo-fiber products. By grinding bamboo into nanofiber powder for advanced modification, these materials are then crafted into diverse end-products—enabling the company to achieve comprehensive, modern, intelligent, eco-friendly, and digitally driven coverage across the entire bamboo-to-product value chain.
Currently, the company is focusing on pioneering fully biodegradable bamboo-fiber solutions in key areas such as raw material granules, film bags, foaming, injection molding, and blow molding. These innovations include high-demand, bamboo-based alternatives to plastic—such as biodegradable mulch films, versatile film bags, eco-friendly dining utensils, everyday household items, and protective packaging products.
