Environmental data
The company’s data on energy conservation and emission reduction—spanning four key areas: clean energy, equipment efficiency improvements, dyeing process optimization to reduce consumption, and finishing process efficiency gains—clearly demonstrate our achievements. Specifically, we annually save 5,904 tons of standard coal equivalent in fuel consumption and cut carbon emissions by 14,747.28 tons of CO2 per year. Based on our total energy consumption of 184,000 tons of standard coal equivalent in 2021, this represents a significant 32% decrease in energy use compared to the previous year. As a manufacturing enterprise, we remain committed to making even the smallest contributions toward environmental protection.
Solar power generation system
Harnessing the naturally occurring, radiant energy of the sun—our planet's ultimate, limitless power source—makes solar energy the ideal clean energy solution. In the global effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, solar power stands out as a leading example of clean energy, earning its rightful place on the stage of sustainable innovation.
In 2021, the photovoltaic system installed by the factory itself generated enough electricity to cover 25% of the plant's total energy consumption, including power used in its parking areas..
Wind Power Generation System
The company is collaborating with State Power Investment Corporation on a wind power project, where the facility will be built and operated entirely by the company—generating its own electricity for internal use, with any surplus fed back into the grid. This approach ensures that underutilized spaces are put to productive use, transforming the site into a sustainable, eco-friendly factory.
By the end of 2023, once the four wind turbines are completed, the factory will be able to achieve approximately 40% green electricity generation.
