How to use
1. When added to blown film products at a rate of 25-35%, it does not affect the existing production process and can be used directly.
2. Strictly control the temperature and closely monitor the material's residence time in the screw. The recommended temperature for the screw zone is 140–145°C, while other hot-melt channels should be maintained at 145–148°C. The mold gate temperature should be kept between 150–155°C. Ensure that temperature deviations are tightly controlled.

Additionally, it reduces reliance on fossil-based materials, cutting carbon emissions, and even lowers density to between 0.91 and 0.96—significantly reducing production costs and boosting cost-effectiveness.

Important Notes
Ensure strict moisture protection, as biological products have a strong tendency to absorb water. Be sure to keep them isolated from air. Once the bag is opened, use the product entirely—do not leave any remaining. If the product becomes damp, dry it thoroughly before use. However, the drying temperature should not exceed 90°C.
