Processing Equipment
Universal film blowing machines, printing machines, bag-making machines, and cast film machines are all applicable.

 

How to use
1. In blown film products, it can be used directly without affecting the existing production process.
2. Strictly control the temperature and closely monitor the material's residence time in the screw. The recommended temperature for the screw zone is 140–145°C, while other hot-melt channels should be maintained at 145–148°C. The die outlet temperature should be kept between 150–155°C. Any temperature deviations must be strictly controlled.

Important Notes
Strictly moisture-proof biological products have strong water-absorbing properties. Be sure to keep them isolated from air.
