On May 29, 2025, Lin Guoshan, Party Secretary and Director of the Fujian Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union (hereafter referred to as "Provincial Supply and Marketing Union"), led a delegation to Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, for a special research visit. During the trip, they made a dedicated stop at Fujian Yangzhu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Yangzhu Technology")—the county's ambitious 300,000-ton-per-year full-industry-chain project leveraging bamboo to replace plastic, featuring fully biodegradable bamboo-fiber materials. The team inspected the project's construction progress on-site and provided guidance on ongoing efforts. Accompanying the delegation were Chen Zhengshi, Party Secretary and Director of the Quanzhou City Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union, along with Yongchun County leaders Zhang Zhaolu and Zhou Boxiang. Meanwhile, Rao Shizhen, General Manager of Yangzhu Technology, personally welcomed the group and delivered a comprehensive report on the company's construction milestones and strategic plans.

The research team first visited Yangzhu Technology’s product exhibition area, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s full range of offerings, including bamboo powder, modified granules, various bag and film products, as well as agricultural machinery equipment. Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on product application scenarios, market prospects, and strategies for enhancing added value. Drawing on industry trends, Lin Guoshan provided specific guidance to the company on optimizing its product portfolio and strengthening its market competitiveness.

Following this, the research team ventured directly into the production floor, systematically inspecting the bamboo powder milling workshop, the fully biodegradable bamboo fiber pellet production line, and the finished-product manufacturing facility. They placed particular emphasis on key areas such as enhancing the deep-processing conversion rate of bamboo materials and optimizing low-carbon production processes. During the on-site visit, Lin Guoshan highly praised Yangzhu Technology for its achievements in technological innovation and product system development, remarking: "The company should further strengthen collaborative synergy with the supply-and-marketing cooperative system, deepening partnerships through joint channel development and integrated resource management—ways that will collectively accelerate the growth of the 'bamboo-for-plastic' industry."

During the Q&A session, the head of Yangzhu Technology provided additional updates on the progress of the planning and construction for the first, second, and third-phase industrial parks, as well as the company’s current operational status and its future strategic initiatives. It was highlighted that Yangzhu Technology is focusing on building a comprehensive solution to replace plastic with bamboo—a move central to its innovation-driven "bamboo-for-plastic" strategy—while also pioneering a collaborative business model involving "enterprises + cooperatives + farmers," paving the way for rural revitalization by transforming ecological value into economic benefits. Additionally, leveraging the carbon-sequestering properties of bamboo fiber materials, the company is quantifying pathways to achieve its "dual-carbon" goals, thereby providing robust industrial support for sustainable, green, and low-carbon development.
