On July 4, Chen Dejun, Chairman of Shanghai Xiaocao Green Energy New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Xiaocao Green Energy"), along with Executive Director Shang Xuebing and their delegation, visited Fujian Yangzhu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Fujian Yangzhu") to conduct an in-depth调研 and discuss potential collaboration on the comprehensive industrial chain project for bamboo fiber-based, fully biodegradable materials aimed at replacing plastics with bamboo. Fujian Yangzhu’s Chairman and General Manager Rao Shizhen accompanied the group throughout the visit. During the meeting, both teams reached a strategic cooperation agreement focusing on key areas such as complementary technologies, production capacity integration, and market expansion. Moving forward, the two companies will join forces to accelerate the "plastic-to-bamboo" industry upgrade and jointly build a new green materials ecosystem.

Field Visit: Decoding the Green Secrets of Bamboo Fiber's Entire Industry Chain
At the Yangzhu Production Base in Fujian, Chairman Chen Dejun and his delegation toured the production lines for bamboo fiber fully biodegradable masterbatches, agricultural mulch films, courier bags, shopping bags, and more. They gained an in-depth understanding of the entire process—from bamboo material crushing and ultra-fine grinding to the blending and melt-compounding of biodegradable materials. The General Manager of Fujian Yangzhu explained that the company leverages Yongchun County’s abundant 180,000-mu bamboo forest resources, along with surrounding reserves of millions of tons of bamboo, to build a state-of-the-art production line capable of annually producing 300,000 tons of bamboo fiber fully biodegradable masterbatches—set to gradually begin operations by the end of August. By establishing a closed-loop production model that integrates "bamboo forest—bamboo powder—bamboo fiber materials," the company not only maximizes the efficient use of bamboo resources but also tackles the "white pollution" issue at its very source through innovative bamboo fiber biodegradation technology.

Chairman Chen Dejun highly praised Fujian Yangzhu's technological innovation. He noted that Xiaocao Lvneng, a new materials company jointly founded by logistics giants such as Shentong and Zhongtong, benefits from technical support provided by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and boasts extensive application resources spanning areas like express packaging and medical consumables. Meanwhile, Fujian Yangzhu holds significant advantages in bamboo fiber production processes and regional resource integration. Together, the two companies are set to forge a "technology + capacity + application scenarios" golden triangle through their collaboration.
Strategic Collaboration: Building a Nationwide "Bamboo-for-Plastic" Industry Matrix

This strategic cooperation agreement marks a pivotal step for the "bamboo-for-plastic" industry, shifting it from single-product manufacturing toward full-chain integration. Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen their efforts in R&D and market development, injecting fresh momentum into the green economy and positioning bamboo-fiber, fully biodegradable materials as China’s innovative "answer" to replacing traditional plastics.
